Fastest 100 km ultra distance (women)

According to Official Guinness Records,

On 25 June 2000, Tomoe Abe (Japan) completed the International Association of Ultrarunners (IAU) 100 km Race in Lake Saroma, Hokkaido, Japan, in a time of 6 hours 33 minutes 11 seconds. In Abe’s first ever 100 km race, she beat Ann Trason’s existing mark of 7 hours 48 seconds by almost half an hour.As of January 2015, the IAU no longer classifies World Best Performances by surface, creating a single combined list of fastest times.
