According to Official Guinness Records,

The farthest distance cycled in one month is 11,315.29 km (7,031 miles) and was achieved by Mark Beaumont (UK) from 2 to 31 July 2017.The record was achieved under Guinness World Records ruling only. The record title is not monitored or recognised by the UltraMarathon Cycling Association (UMCA).This record was achieved as part of Mark's attempt for fastest circumnavigation by bicycle (male).He began his journey in Paris (France) before cycling through Europe, Russia and China. He completed his months journey in Jerramungup, Western Australia.
