The largest collection of interlocking plastic brick sets in a private collection is 3,837, achieved by Frank Smoes (Australia), in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, on 9 May 2017.Frank and his family have been collecting and building Lego sets since 1980. The collection has at least 1.2 million individual bricks and pieces, and contains over 8,000 Lego Minifigures.
