According to Official Guinness Records,

The best-selling personal weighing device is the Wii Balance Board (Nintendo, 2007) which has seen a total of 32,114,428 units sold between its launch in 2007 and November 2010.
The Wii Fit board is actually a balance board controller, but it also includes weighing functionality and its extremely high sales place it higher than any individual model of bathroom scales in history.
