Largest model of a human organ

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest model of a human organ in the shape of a lung measured 5.02 m (16 ft 5 in) tall and 5.78 m (18 ft 11 in) wide and was created by Pfizer Japan Inc. (Japan) at Ario Sapporo, Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan, on 2 October 2010.
The model shows a healthy lung on one side and a smoker's lung on the other. It was made of polyvinyl chloride sheet.
