According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest short-track speed skating 1,500 metres by a female athlete is 2 minutes 14.354 seconds by Choi Min-jeong (South Korea) at the ISU World Cup Short Track Speed Skating Series event at the Utah Olympic Oval in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA, on 12 November 2016. She set the new mark in the semi-final of her category. Five world records were broken in two days at the remarkably quick meet in Utah.
