According to Official Guinness Records,

David James (UK) made his FIFA World Cup finals debut at the age of 39 years 322 days in England vs. Algeria in Cape Town, South Africa, on 18 June 2010.
James held a clean sheet as England and Algeria played to a scoreless draw.
