Oldest person to enter the UK top 20 album chart

According to Official Guinness Records,

New York, USA-born Tony Bennett (b.3 August 1926) is the only 80-year-old singer to chart in the UK with a newly recorded album. The album was Duets: An American Classic, which reached the Top 20 in November 2006.
