According to Official Guinness Records,

In winning the 2011 UEFA Europa League, F.C. Porto (Portugal) became the first European club football team to win multiple trebles (top domestic league, national cup, European cup in the same season), matching the club's feat in 2003 of winning the Portuguese league/cup and the UEFA Champions League.
