According to Official Guinness Records,

Henry Ayala (Venezuela) completed 211 skips in a minute at BIlly Smarts Circus, Durdham Down, Bristol, UK, on 30th September 2003. The wire was set at a height of 8.1 m (26 ft 6 in).
