According to Official Guinness Records,

The most consecutive rolls by an aircraft is 987 and was achieved by Kingsley Just (Australia) at the Lethbridge Aerodrome in Lethbridge, Victoria, Australia, on 1 March 2014.
Pitts Special biplane was used for the attempt.
