Most people wearing paper hats

According to Official Guinness Records,

The most people wearing paper hats at a single venue is 3,932, achieved by Lions Clubs International District 322B1, The Cricket Association of Bengal, and Natural Group Real Estate (all India), in West Bengal, India, on 30 September 2016. The attempt was organised for underprivileged children from Kolkata and took place in Eden Garden.
