According to Official Guinness Records,

The most people using mouthwash at multiple venues is 4,097, achieved by I.T.S. - The Education Group (India) at 3 venues (I.T.S Mohan Nagar, Murad Nagar and Greater Noida) in India, on 8 March 2018.I.T.S. group wanted to promote the use of mouthwash hence organised the records attempt at three of their institutions.
