According to Official Guinness Records,

The most people receiving Nasya Panchkarma treatment simultaneously is 733 and was achieved by National Institute of Ayurveda (NIA), NASYA and Dabur (all India) at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India on 15 September 2017.The event was supported by ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. The attempt was aimed at promoting Indian Ayurvedic science and the practices performed under it to cleanse the body ie Panchkarma. For the purpose of this record Nasya is defined as the process to cleanse the nasal passages by using Ayurvedic methods.
