According to Official Guinness Records,

The most people receiving a facial is 2,988, achieved by Guangzhou FAWA Cosmetics Co., Ltd. (China) in Taiyuan, Shanxi, China, on 21 April 2018.There were 6,000 people participating in the attempt including 3,000 participants and 3,000 beauticians. The attempt started at 14:26 and finished at 15:01.
