According to Official Guinness Records,

The most people playing swingball at a single venue is 210 and was achieved by Barclays Stockbrokers (UK) at the Kelvin Hall sports centre in Glasgow, Scotland, UK, on 7 October 2011.
The attempt raised £7,000 for ClicSargent, a children's cancer charity.
