According to Official Guinness Records,

The most people performing simultaneous full body burns is 32, at an event organised by Kevin Bitters, Grant Powell and Vernon Willemse (all South Africa) of Paradigm Shift Special Effects at the Grand Parade, Cape Town, South Africa, on 4 January 2018.
