According to Official Guinness Records,

The most people doing fist bumps simultaneously is 1,820 and was achieved by Shiatook Public Schools and Brian Jackson (both USA) in Shiatook, Oklahoma, USA, on 5 November 2011.
The attempt was held during the State Student Council Convention.
