According to Official Guinness Records,

The most one-handed claps in one minute is 427, and was achieved by Abhinabha Tangerman (Netherlands) in Potsdam, Germany, on 20 November 2016. Abhinabha wanted to attempt this record as he was inspired by his teacher and friend to do so.
