According to Official Guinness Records,

The most nationalities in a sauna is 99 and was achieved by Pocari Sweat (China) in Beijing, China, on 24 March 2013.
Pocari Sweat is a Japanese sports drink. The aim of the event was to promote the ablity of Pocari Sweat to replace the ions lost when sweating.
