According to Official Guinness Records,

The most letters to an editor of a single newspaper is 456 sent by Pooran Chandra Pande (India) and published in the Dainik Jagran newspaper, India, between 3 June 2000 - 4 February 2006.
He believes he has done 470 but could only prove 456.
