Most heads shaved simultaneously

According to Official Guinness Records,

The most heads shaved simultaneously is 329 and was achieved by the Canadian Cancer Society and the Calgary Fire Department (Canada) at the Fire Training Academy in Calgary, Alberta, Canada on 12 March 2016.The attempt took place at an event to raise money to fight cancer and raise awareness about workplace carcinogens. Over $140,000 was raised to fight cancer.
