According to Official Guinness Records,

The most hair collected for donation to charity in 24 hours is 82.21 kg (181.24 lb) and was achieved by Matrix Philippines in Mandaluyong, Philippines, on 19 September 2015. The record attempt was part of the 'Matrix 8-Inch Cut for Cancer' campaign in which 1,345 participants donated their hair.
