According to Official Guinness Records,
The most golf birdies made in one week is 493, achieved by Geno Bonnalie (USA) at Lewiston Country Club in Lewiston, Idaho, USA, from 27 June to 3 July 2011.
Geno made 7 birdies in his first round and 84 on the first day.
On the second day Geno managed 82
Day 3 saw only 59 birdies.
Day 4 saw an increase to 67 made.
Day 5 Geno scored 81.
Day 6 saw 70 putted.
On the final day 50 were made, with a birdie on the final hole.
