According to Official Guinness Records,

The most eskimo rolls performed in one minute with the hands is 33 by Mario Perez (Spain) on the set of 'Guinness World Records', in Madrid, Spain, on 21 January 2009. The record was equalled by Andrea Colombo (Italy) who did 33 eskimo rolls with his hands on the set of Lo Show Dei Record, in Milan, Italy, on 18 April 2009. This was a challenge against Miguel Jimenez (Spain) who managed 20.
