The most cooking oil recycled in one month is 45,390 litres (11,990.8 US gal) and was achieved by the Programa Reóleo (Brazil) in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil from 1 to 30 June 2015.In 2012 the Programa Reóleo set up for this record category and the result was 18,670 litres (4,932.1 US gal) of cooking oil recycled in one month.Now, after three years of the first attemp, the Programa Reóleo was back to break their own record. They collected oil from 180 establishments, including schools and restaurants.
