According to Official Guinness Records,

The most consecutive water polo passes by a pair is 65, and was achieved by Scott Simeral and Daniel Pedrotty (both USA) in Arlington, Virginia, USA, on 21 August 2017. Scott Simeral and Daniel Pedrotty attempted this record as a way of inspiring younger water polo players to push the limits of the sport. The title was achieved at the Yorktown Aquatics Center in Arlington, Virginia.
