According to Official Guinness Records,

The most consecutive knee spins is 30 and was achieved by Takashi Taniai (Japan) at Komaba High School, Nippon Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan, on 20 August 2010. Knee spin is one of the popular breakdance moves. Takashi was inspired to set this record after having seen Aichi Ono’s head spin record.
