According to Official Guinness Records,

The most consecutive days to run a marathon distance by a male is 55 and was achieved by Matthew Daniels (Australia) on the Barwon River trail, Victoria, Australia, starting on 01 January 2016 and finishing on 24 February 2016. Matthew ran a total of 2,321 km (1,442.2 mi) over the 55 days.
