According to Official Guinness Records,

The most clubs at which a goalkeeper has won the Premier League Golden Glove is two, achieved by Petr Cech (Czech Republic), who won the awards at Chelsea F.C. and Arsenal F.C. The achievement was verified on 17 May 2016.Cech won the Golden Glove three times while playing for Chelsea in the 2004-05, 2009-10, and a joint winner in the 2013-14 season. After a transfer to Arsenal in the summer of 2015 Cech won the award at the end of his first season with the Gunners with a total of 16 clean sheets.
