According to Official Guinness Records,

The most bagged lunches assembled in one hour is 10,320, and was achieved by Food Lion Feeds (USA) at the Homestead Resorts in Hot Springs, Virginia, USA, on 19 September 2017. 300 team members from Food Lion gathered at the Homestead Resort and assembled 10,320 bagged lunches in about 51 minutes. These sandwiches were boxed up, stacked on pallets, and donated to two Virginia food banks, Feeding America Southwest Virginia and Blue Ridge Area Food Bank, for distribution.
