According to Official Guinness Records,

The lowest limbo skating over 25 m is 6.69 inches (17 cm), achieved by Shristi Sharma (India) in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, on 7 October 2015. The attempt took place at Centre Point School, Wardhaman Nagar Nagpur, Maharashtra, India and was organized by Lokmat Media Pvt Ltd for the cause of Save a Girl Child.
