According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest uninterrupted transmission of a TV series is 234 hours of the series NCIS, broadcast on the FOX International Channels (Japan), from 29 December 2013 to 8 January 2014.
FOX International Channels (Japan) broadcast in succession season 1 through 10 of NCIS, which consisted of 234 episodes.
