According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest uninterrupted television broadcast was Big Brother V (Endemol Deutschland GmbH) which lasted for a total of 8,763 hours and was broadcast on the Premiere Fernsehen channel, Germany from 2 March 2004 – 1 March 2005.
Premiere Fernsehen is a pay-tv operator.
