According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest time surfing a wave by a female is 2 hr 18 min 24 sec by Ashleigh Shaddix (USA) at Lake Weir, Ocklawaha, Florida, USA, on 21 October 2013.
The wave was man-made by a boat.
