According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest continual TV camera shot (live) is 23 minutes 25 seconds and was achieved by Sun TV Network Limited and TV series director Thirumurugan Muniyandi (both India), in Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu State, India, on 5 March 2014.
