According to Official Guinness Records,
The longest non-stop flight by any aircraft ratified by the Fédération Aéronautique Internationale (FAI) was achieved by Steve Fossett (USA) who flew 41,467.53 km (25,766.72 miles) in the Virgin Atlantic GlobalFlyer airplane.
