Longest mille-feuille

According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest mille-feuille is 1,221.67 m (4008 ft 1.24 in) and was achieved by Gilles Desplanches (Switzerland) at Palexpo, in Geneva, Switzerland, on 11 November 2012.
Professional chefs and volunteers worked together for 4 hours to produce the mille-feuille which consisted of biscuit layers filled with dark and milk chocolate cream, topped with a cherry glaze. Each slice was sold in aid of a breast cancer charity.
