According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest marathon playing ukulele is 30 hr 2 min and was achieved by Robin Evans (UK) at the Duke of Uke, in London, UK, from 26 to 27 November 2016Robin had a playlist of 129 songs that he played through a total of six times. He finished his record breaking attempt with a cover of Electric Six's "Gay Bar".
