According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest line of toothbrushes is 1,068.734 m (3,506 ft 4.06 in), which was achieved by Clubs Queensland (Australia) in Palm Cove, Queensland, Australia, on 18 July 2018.6000 toothbrushes were used to make up the line.
