Longest hospital trolley duration

According to Official Guinness Records,

Tony Collins (UK) spent 77 hr 30 min on a hospital trolley in a
corridor at Princess Margaret Hospital, Swindon, Wiltshire, UK,
from 24-27 February 2001 before he was admitted to a bed. A
diabetic, he was suffering with a virus.
