Longest female Grand Slam tennis match (singles)

According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest match played by time in a female Grand Slam tennis singles competition lasted 4 hr 44 min between Francesca Schiavone (Italy) and Svetlana Kuznetsova (Russia) in the round of 16 at the 2011 Australian Open on 23 January 2011. Schiavone won the match 4-6, 6-1, 16-14.
