According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest duration between a player’s first and last goal at FIFA World Cup Finals is 12 years 1 month 7 days and was achieved by Miroslav Klose (Germany) at the Estádio Mineirão, Belo Horizonte, Brazil from 1 June 2002 to 8 July 2014 Klose's first goal came in the 2002 World Cup in Germany's opening group game against Saudi Arabia, Germany won this match 8-0. Klose's final goal was scored in the Semi-Final of the 2014 World Cup against the host nation Brazil. Germany were victorious 7-1, and went on to win the final.
