According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest drinks pouring relay was achieved by 650 participants at an event hosted by Arla Foods (Nigeria) at Muri Okunola Park, Victoria Island, Lagos, on 1 June 2018.The record attempt was held on World Milk Day.
