According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest career as a weather forecaster is 51 years 6 days, achieved by Dick Goddard (USA), in Cleveland, Ohio, USA, from 13 September 1965 to 19 September 2016. Dick Goddard is an advocate for animal welfare, rescue and adoption, and plans to continue to appear on air after his retirement to promote this work. He spent nearly the entirety of his career at WJW Channel 8.
