According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest wooden building in the world is the Woolloomooloo Bay Wharf, Sydney, Australia. Built in 1912, the wharf itself is 400 m (1,312 ft) long and 63 m (206 ft) wide and stands on 3600 piles. The building on the wharf is five storeys high and 350.5 m (1,150 ft) long and 43 m (141 ft) wide with a total floor area of 64,000 m² (688,890 ft²) and has been converted into hotel apartments and marina complex.
