Largest vegetable stew

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest vegetable stew is 4,155 kg (9,160 lb 3 oz) and was made by Knorr Fine Foods (Egypt) in Cairo, Egypt, on 21 March 2015.Foul (other spellings are ful and foule) is an Egyptian dish of cooked fava beans that is optionally seasoned with vegetable oil and a mix of herbs and spices. Other vegetables included peppers, onions & tomatoes and it took over 12 hours to cook.
