According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest transforming human image consists of 2,500 people, achieved by Ciudadanía de Eibar (Spain) in Eibar, Gipuzkoa, Spain, on 22 June 2017.Ciudadanía de Eibar depicted a blooming flower to represent how different associations are working together to promote and preserve Basque language (Euskera), making the language bloom. The flower represented the logo of the association AKEBAI.
