According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest simultaneous self-examination for breast cancer consists of 2,790 participants, organised by Grace Cancer Foundation (India), in Andhra Pradesh, India, on 20 February 2016. The attempt took place in a large area with individual booths for privacy.
