Largest serving of nachos

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest serving of nachos weighed 2,126.89 kg (4,689 lb) and was achieved by Centerplate at University of Kansas (USA) in Lawrence, Kansas, USA, on 21 April 2012.
Containing 765 lbs of nacho chips, 405 lbs of salsa, 323 llbs of tomato, 918 llbs of meat and beans, and more than 2200 llbs of cheese the nachos were served in enormous heaped servings to athletes at the University of Kansas stadium.
